Wow! What a cute image! This is one of my favorite "Under the Sea" image, which is from 2 cute Rubber Stamps.I used soft colours, and love the rainbow tail.
These designed papers are so pretty, too.
And I love the little flowers, which I bought recently. They are perfect with the DPs.
